ACCEPTANCE OF POLICIES
These terms and conditions governs the manner in which the website is used by users (each, a ‘User’) of the website (‘Site’). These Terms and Conditions apply to the Site and all products and services offered by VictoriaKol.com.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of the above listed policies, details of which can be found below. If you do not agree to these policies, please do not use our Site.

VictoriaKol.com has the discretion to update these policies at any time and when we do, we will update the revision date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we conduct our business. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these policies periodically and become aware of modifications. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these policies will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
PRICING POLICY
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
EXCHANGE POLICY
I only accept exchanges.
- Please check your items thoroughly upon receiving them.
- Only items exchanged in their original condition will be accepted and once we have received the item and verified that the above conditions are met, we will promptly ship the new item for exchanges. In the event the received item does not meet return or exchange criteria, the customer will be charged for return shipping. For items that do meet the criteria for exchange, the customer is responsible for the exchange shipping.
- Custom/personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. These items are custom made and are considered final sale.
- We will only accept exchanges for items that have not been used or damaged. Photo proof that the items have not been used or damaged is required. Customers are required to request exchanges within 5 days of delivery. If for any reason the customer misses the deadline for requesting an exchange, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
- In cases of the wrong address being provided or a changed address being requested, please be aware that additional shipping charges will apply.
- Please note that items returned to us without contacting us will be denied at the expense of the customer.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will only be accepted in the case of defective products or the below situations:
- Please check your items thoroughly upon receiving them.
- Custom/personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. The items are custom made and are considered final sale.
- Refunds include the product price. Shipping is not included.
- Refunds will be processed once the item(s) are returned and determined to meet the criteria for return.
- For general orders: if customer cancels order before shipping the full payment will be refund. But if customer cancels order after shipping, a refund is not available.
- For custom orders: if customer cancels order at any time, refund is not available.
- In cases of the wrong address being provided or a changed address being requested, please be aware that additional shipping charges will apply.
- Please note that items returned to us without contacting us will be denied at the expense of the customer.
SHIPPING POLICY
VictoriaKol.com offers the following shipping options at this time and your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Delivery Times
VictoriaKol.com aims to get all orders dispatched (handed off to the shipping service) within 2-3 business days of you placing your order. The general estimated shipping timeframes are below but do note that shipping can be impacted by conditions out of our control such as weather, politics, holidays, etc. VictoriaKol.com does not ship orders on public holidays and/or weekends.
All orders are shipped from the state of Florida using USPS unless otherwise noted.

- VictoriaKol.com does not currently ship internationally unless prior arrangements have been made
CUSTOM FEES/TAXES
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties and may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them. VictoriaKol.com. does not take responsibility for these extra charges.
Declaration of Value and Product Description
VictoriaKol.com chooses to email your invoice for the majority of shipping methods offered by VictoriaKol.com.
Your shipping address, phone number and email address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email are full and complete. The phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order. We are not responsible if you incorrectly enter your address on your order and will not be responsible for your parcel if it is incorrectly delivered as a result.
Customs information
We will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs. VictoriaKol.com does not take responsibility for any extra amount charged to the customer by customs/duty/VAT.
We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering.
Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.
INSURANCE POLICY
Insurance is not included but is strongly encouraged. I am happy to add insurance to your item. Please contact me for insurance rates on your desired item. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping.

Who we are

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
